Submission Guidelines

  1. Please click “https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icfse2022” ,You will directly linked to the submission Web page for ICFSE 2022 or click here
  2. Login to the Conference System
    • If you already have an EasyChair account then use your Username and Password to log in
    • If you need to create an EasyChair account click on create an account/sign up for an account

  3. Click make a new submission
  4. Please fill out the submission form
    1. Please fill in author/authors information. Please check corresponding author if you’re a corresponding and check presenter if you’re a presenter.
    2. Input Title and Abstract.
    3. At this step provide a list of keywords that describe your paper. You must specify at least three keywords, one per line.
    4. Please select topics relevant to your submission from the following list. Topics are typically used for assigning submissions to reviewers and for conference analytics. You must select exactly one topic.
    5. Please fill in author contact information
    6. Please upload the file (Abstract and Full Paper in word document with file extension .docx, Conference Receipt and Publication Receipt with file extension .pdf/.jpeg/.jpg/.png)

      *note: you don’t have to upload all files at one time, but please note the important dates that informed on the website

  5. Click on the Submit button. Do not press the button twice: uploading may take time!
